How JEED is remunerated ?

At JEED INVESTMENTS, our success is directly tied to yours.
We don’t charge management fees up front for overseeing your entire project — instead, we work based on performance and partnership.

When you invest, you cover the costs of the materials, labor, and any outsourced services needed to complete the project. JEED coordinates and supervises everything, ensuring quality, timing, and results.

We only earn our share if and when you do — once the property is sold and the profit is realized.
An initial retainer is required to start our collaboration and secure our time and involvement, but this amount is later deducted from our final share.

If a project is canceled by the investor after this agreement is signed, the retainer is non-refundable.
